Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There is not. Everyone is invited! That being said, there will be limited activities available for smaller tykes. We love kids, so make sure they are cared for while you are with us. One adult to one cherub ratio is recommended for everyone’s comfort.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking for all ticket types is on your own. Please review your options on the venue’s website. We will send out discount transportation codes for your favorite rider apps as the event gets closer. Beep, beep.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What’s the cancellation and refund policy?
Complimentary tickets can be canceled anytime. Full refund is available for paid tickets before February 3, 2018. Starting on February 4, 2018, refunds for paid tickets are not available based on commitments made assuming your participation. There is no DIY option for canceling paid tickets. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Sure, but you don’t have to. As long as you register using the actual name(s) of your folks who are coming we will be able to look them up. You can also save your ticket to your Apple or Andriod Wallet. Who likes carrying paper anyway? Not us. #papercuts #ouch
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Sure. You can also modify your registration any time through Eventbrite. See your confirmation email for more information. Or, let us know and we will make the change. Email us here.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
Sure. However, this may require additional time at onsite check-in. Let us know in advance so you’re cleared for takeoff. Email us here. You can also modify your registration if you are a DIYer. See your confirmation email for more information.
How many tickets can I get?
